Redeemer’s Elders meet once, on the second Tuesday, of every month.  Our focus is to discern what God wants for our Body.  Leaders are chosen through prayer and the discerning process of current Elders.  They and the Redeemer Body are then asked to discern if being an Elder is something God would want those selected to be a part of.
